I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first went to see Valerie having never been to a life coach before, however from the first session with her I felt comfortable and at ease. I have grown immensely from my sessions with her – she is approachable, warm, empathic and supportive, always there when I need her and she has become a constant encouragement and support in my life. She has encouraged me to improve and constantly pushes me to be the best version of myself by equipping me with valuable life skills to face daily challenges. I started working with Valerie as I was struggling to decide on the direction of both my personal and professional life. This has been one of the most challenging but rewarding processes and throughout Valerie has been patient and understanding. Valerie creates a safe space in which you can laugh, cry or admit some deep truths. She has offered invaluable insight and given me the necessary skills and techniques to grow myself both personally and professionally. Not only have I now developed the confidence I need to take the next steps but I have seen a huge improvement in my relationships with people. Overall I am happier and more confident and working each day on becoming the woman I want to be.
I’ve always thought of myself as “I’ve got it together, I know what I want” kind of person but after a few sessions with Valerie, I realised that what I thought I wanted and what I want couldn’t be any further apart. Valerie has taught me and helped me through every aspect of my life: personal and professional by creating a safe and confidential environment which has allowed me to express my emotions, an aspect of my life where I struggle. It is work in progress and with each session and each day, I’m learning to understand that vulnerability is not a sign of weakness but allows me to enjoy the happy moments in life, that much more.
I have being seeing Valerie for a few months now and have learned a tremendous amount of skills, techniques and great resources from her for my career development, relationship and general work/life balance goals.
Valerie is reliable, friendly, professional, a great listener and really puts you at ease. She has also been very accommodating with my request to have skype sessions, as opposed to face-to-face sessions as I lived quite far from London.
I thoroughly enjoy working with her and really look forward to my fortnightly sessions. I feel like I’m continually growing and learning more and more about myself with every session.
